Within the first 30 days of purchase Gellco will offer a FREE 1 time exchange for a new or different pair of shoes for the same price of the original shoes if the customer finds that their original purchase is uncomfortable or does not fit correctly.
- The 30 Day comfort guarantee is only offered on the 1st original pair purchased.
- The 30 Day comfort guarantee does NOT cover:
- Improper fit
- Normal Wear & Tear
- Excessive wearing
- Scuffing
- Burns
- Exposure to acid and chemicals
- Dry Rot
Proof of purchase is required to qualify for warranty.
90 Day Craftsmenship Warranty:
- Gellco Clothing & Shoes offers a 90 Day Craftsmenship warranty. Within the first 90 days of purchase the customer will be offered a free exchange for a new or different pair of shoes so long as the original pair is deemed defective. Defects include items such as busted stitching, waterproof liner leaking, broken eyelets, sole separation, or misaligned toe-cap.
- The 90 Day Craftsmenship does NOT cover:
- Improper fit
- Normal Wear & Tear
- Excessive wearing
- Scuffing
- Burns
- Exposure to acid and chemicals
