FREE SHIPPING FOR A LIMITED TIME ON ORDERS OVER $50!
Products are shipped within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), or to overseas U.S. Possessions and current U.S. territories via UPS ground. The average delivery time is between 10 to 14 business days from the initial purchase date for contiguous 48, and 2-3 weeks for territories and possessions. Please note that during seasonal and busier times of the year, order delivery may take longer due to manufacturers' extended shipping times.
We do not ship internationally or to non-U.S. territories or Possessions. Shipping to U.S. territories and possessions will incur additional shipping fees. Promotions for "free shipping" or other discounted shipping promotions apply only to contiguous states only.
Please verify that the shipping address you entered on the online shopping cart system is correct before checkout. Customers who do not provide a correct shipping address will be responsible for the additional charges required for reshipping the order. Furthermore, orders that are undeliverable for incorrect information will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a restocking fee. Therefore, recipients should make sure that their shipping information is correct and there is someone available to receive the order.
APO/FPO Military Shipping
Deliveries to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7-20 business days to receive your parcel.
Confirmed Address
For the customer’s protection, unless previously negotiated, we ship only to the buyers confirmed address as verified against the credit card billing address maintained by the buyer’s credit card company.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Typically, the shopping cart system automatically calculates shipping charges on online orders from zip code to zip code with UPS.
Shipping Disclaimer
Quoted or acknowledged delivery dates are only estimated dates of delivery. Gellco Clothing & Shoes disclaims any liability for delays in delivery or any consequential damages or losses during shipment.
If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days from the shipping date, Gellco Clothing & Shoe has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way the company chooses.

EXCHANGE-REFUND POLICY
Make sure that the footwear fits comfortably before you wear them. If there is any doubt about fit and/or comfort, take the item home and try it on indoors. Once the footwear has been soiled by any outdoor properties, NO exchanges or refunds will be issued on the item.
For Exchange or Refund on 30 Day Footwear Comfort Guarantee:
- Merchandise must ALWAYS be accompanied by a proof of purchase (NO RECEIPT - NO ADJUSTMENTS)
- Merchandise must be in a new-resalable condition, free from any soiling.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY POLICY
Gellco Clothing & Shoes guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase.
Claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (sales receipt). For claims within 90 days of purchase: If a defect is found within 90 days of purchase, Gellco will either repair or replace the product one (1) time at no cost to the customer.
For claims in between 90 days and 6 months: If a defect occurs after 90 days but before 6 months, Gellco will give a prorated credit for half the original purchase price towards the purchase of a new pair from GELLCO CLOTHING & SHOES.
NO WARRANTY WILL BE ISSUED FOR FOOTWEAR AFTER 6 MONTHS.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Improper fit
- Excessive wearing
- Scuffing
- Burns
- Exposure to acid and chemicals
- Dry Rot
- Damage to soles due to sharp and/or hot objects such as rocks, glass, metal, etc.
NOTE: GELLCO WILL HAVE THE FINAL DETERMINATION AS WHETHER ANY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE!
